Ask about the road first

Before the load, before the date, before anything else. If we can tell you now that your lane will not take a full-size vehicle, that is a better conversation than the one on the morning.

Hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Saturday mornings. Anything sent outside those hours is picked up the next working day.

Coverage The whole county, out of Kent across the UK, and into Europe by road. Kent by road type.

Quotes Begin on the quote form. No rate card appears on this site, because the road decides the vehicle and we do not know it yet.

Surveys At the property where the access is doubtful, and by photographs where it plainly is not. We will say which yours needs.

Send three photographs

The gateway from the road looking in. The narrowest point of the lane. And anything overhead — a branch, a line, an archway. Those three settle most access questions before anybody visits, and they take you a minute rather than an email exchange.

If something went wrong

Write and say so plainly. Your booking contract covers claims and the time limits on them, and we would far rather deal with it directly than leave you reading clauses on your own.
